HB 276 by Rep. Harris - Eliminates the Motion Picture Investor Tax Credit and sets a cap of credits issues to $50 million in 2015, $30 million in 2016 & 2017 and $15 million in 2018.

Eliminates the program beginning January 1,  2019.
